Plane Crash, turn west at junction 46, there are some steeper parts when you get close to the crash but it's only a 300m hike from the steep spot. There are also a couple of places about 1/2 way along where the trail gets a bit steep, but if you gear down to 4x4 low you'll be able to crawl up.
7 Bridges, turn south from Hwy 3 at junction 61, there are some random campsites. Cross Crowsnest Creek and follow Ptolemy Creek south. Note that there are not actually any bridges on this trail so be ready for creek crossings. The real view-point at 7 bridges is at the end of the trail but the trail goes insanely steep near the end so not recommended for beginners.
Willoughby Ridge, stage from York Creek or Carbondale. If coming from York turn east when you get just south of junction 38. It's a very scenic ride, but there is some steep at the beginning.
Deadmans Pass, stage from Atlas Staging area and travel West into BC. Take the south fork (the water route) to avoid the hill.
AT&T Repeater site, east of McGillivray Staging area
Grassy Mountain, north of junction 82, an old open-pit coal mine with all kinds of trails and lookouts.
Star Creek Falls, easiest access is from York staging area.
Daisy Creek, from McGillivray staging area west along the pipeline, across the Kananaskis road until Grassy Mountain, and then north along Daisy Creek until the Kananaskis road north of the Racehorse Creek campground.
Racehorse Pass takes you from the Atlas Road over a high and scenic pass into BC. Once in BC you can access Crown Ridge.
