Quad Squad bridges, not fences

Even with the raffle getting off to a late start it was still a success, generating a little over $20,000.00 for maintenance of our trails for 2011. With the ink barely dry on the tickets and raffle co-chair/QS director Gerry Nichol driving as fast as he could to get the tickets here in time for sales to start at the 2010 CNP Chamber of Commerce's Annual Trade Show (which was also the first Annual Outdoor Show) it seemed like a race from beginning to end.

Tickets were sold at many venues throughout Southern Alberta, such as the Coaldale Candy Parade, Coalhurst Miner's Days, Picture Butte Jamboree, Rum Runner Days and The Lethbridge Exhibition; we owe a big thanks to all the volunteers who travelled to these venues on behalf of the club, to all the corporate sponsors who stepped up to the plate and sold huge amounts of tickets at their  place of business, and to all the volunteers who sold tickets. Without you this raffle would not have succeeded.

We are in the process of planning another raffle for 2011 and are in great need of more volunteers to help this one to become a bigger success than the last one. All money generated from raffles are used to maintain trails......please remember these are OUR trails and all the efforts of fundraising allows us ALL to enjoy the trails.
