Crowsnest Pass Trail Through Coleman????

I want to Camp at Atlas or McGillivray Staging area and access the trail system South of Coleman Past York Staging area but since no ATV's are allowed in town I can't figure out how to get there. You use to be able to trail though town on the streets to get to york then just go from there. York has no camping and it is a real pain to reload, unload, reload to get to the south side. Any help on how to do this???
